By request we will be at the property within 48 hours. We will dispatch the completed survey report to you within 10 working days after our visit. Your structural survey report will be written in plain jargon-free English and helpfully illustrated with photographs. Structural survey reports include budget costs for all major defects so that you may re-evaluate the purchase price.
A structural survey report is the most thorough and detailed report on the condition of a property that you can buy. It identifies all the significant structural defects and items of disrepair in a property and collates them together in an easy to read jargon-free document. We check for structural problems, roofs, dampness, timber decay, roof spaces, walls, floors, woodworm, gutters, etc. We do licensed marking of property borders.
A table of budget costs is included for the major defects and problems, together with a timescale for each repair. In this way you will not only know what is wrong, but also have a budget cost for its repair, and a timescale for when it should be done.
